Welcome to Unicorn Group LLC. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our website (unicorngroup.tech) and our mobile applications, including DateHorn, Bump & Glucose: AI GDM tracker, and RichAI (collectively, the "Services"). By accessing or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, installing, or using our applications, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use our Services.
2. Subscriptions and Payments
Our applications offer premium features through auto-renewing subscriptions and one-time in-app purchases processed entirely by Apple Inc. ("Apple").
- Billing: Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at the confirmation of purchase.
- Auto-Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
- Management: You can manage and cancel your subscriptions by going to your Account Settings on the App Store after purchase.
- Refunds: All payment processing, including refunds, is handled by Apple. We cannot grant refunds directly.
3. User Conduct
You agree to use our Services only for lawful purposes. You must not use our applications to transmit any content that is illegal, offensive, or violates the rights of others. We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to our Services immediately, without prior notice, for any user who violates these Terms.
4. Intellectual Property
The Services, including their original content, features, interfaces, and functionality, are and will remain the exclusive property of Unicorn Group LLC. Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without our prior written consent.
5. Disclaimer of Warranties
Our Services are provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. Unicorn Group LLC makes no warranties, expressed or implied, regarding the reliability, accuracy, or availability of the applications.
6. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall Unicorn Group LLC, nor its directors, employees, or partners, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your access to, use of, or inability to use the Services.
7. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
